How do I choose my size?+
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in cm and inches. If you're between two sizes, we recommend going up for dresses and staying true-to-size for swimwear.
When will my order ship?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
How long is delivery?+
5–8 business days in the US, 7–14 days in Europe & UK, 10–18 days for the rest of the world. All shipments are tracked.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags and hygiene liners intact. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 7 days at contact@wearsolera.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — you keep the damaged item.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes, we ship to most countries. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I care for my Solera piece?+
Hand-wash swimwear in cold water and lay flat to dry. Dresses can be machine-washed cold on a delicate cycle. Never tumble dry.
Can I use several discount codes?+
Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
