3. Products & pricing
We do our best to display products, colors, and prices accurately. Small variations may occur due to screen calibration or photography. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other providers displayed at checkout. You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

7. Discount codes
Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions (minimum order value, single use per customer, expiry date). They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and have no cash value.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
